The Europa Uomo of Cyprus Association aspires to play a significant role in the sector of informing and sensitising of the public regarding cancer prostate. It was founded in 2007 and is a full member of the Europa Uomo coalition. It is a voluntary, non profitable organisation, performing a complex and multisided humanitarian work, aiming by its activities and services at the man suffering from prostate cancer and his family during the whole period of his illness.

The purpose for its founding is to contribute to the improvement of the level of health, a fact that will be realised through sensitizing the public regarding the need for a timely diagnosis and prevention of cancer prostate, as well as by informing about the methods adopted today for combating the disease. Our vision is a society free from prostate cancer, in which the quality and the right to life are secured.
